Werner Teichert is a registered clinical psychologist in South Africa (HPCSA: PS0123684) and Australia (AHPRA: PSY0002192885)(MAPS). He was trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech, in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) by The Albert Ellis Institute (New York) and in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) by The Beck Institute. As the managing director of the South African DBT Institute, he has been involved in program formation, training and supervision of clinicians in DBT for the last 4 years.
